What size is the right size?
Please refer to the size chart to determine the right size to order. Our clothes generally run true to size for average babies.

What if I can’t find my size in a particular item?
Please email us at info@pimathreads.com so we can check on when that item will be in stock.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, and it is free! We will gladly package your item(s) in an organza bag tied with ribbon. We will also include a gift card with a message for the recipient.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Is my credit card secure?
Yes, we use the industry standard SSL encryption. This process encrypts all information while being transmitted over the Internet.
What is your privacy policy?
It is simple. We will never rent, sell, or otherwise share your personal information with anyone. We treat it like our own.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
We offer same or next day processing on all orders. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which assures 1-2 day delivery.
What is the shipping charge?
We charge $2 for shipping regardless of how much you order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Please contact us for special shipping charges.
How can I change or cancel my order?

Do you charge sales tax?
By law we are required to charge sales tax on all items, including shipping, shipped within Texas.

Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in Peru. We work with experienced seamstresses who take great pride in their work. Most of our workers are single moms who work part time to help support their families.
How should I care for my clothing?
Pima cotton is very durable and holds up well during the wash cycle. We recommend machine washing with like colors in warm water. Tumble dry low.
Where are your products sold?
We sell our products online via our website. We also attend some seasonal shows and private showings. If you are interested in learning about our seasonal shows, please contact us at info@pimathreads.com.

RETURNS
What if I want to return a purchase?
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your Pima clothing, we will cheerfully refund your purchase if you request a refund within 6 months from date of sale. Please email us at info@pimathreads.com. This guarantee is for our retail website customers only (not applicable to wholesale customers).
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you receive the item and it doesn’t fit your child, we will be happy to exchange it for a new size. Please email us at info@pimathreads.com.
What if I receive a gift and want to exchange it?
We will happily exchange the gift for another product. Please contact us at info@pimathreads.com.
What if I receive a defective item?
